We will follow through the agenda and conduct a roundtable on each item.
Each person will be asked to comment unless they have nothing to add, to ensure everyone's views and ideas are heard.

- Ross to look into setting up an Open Science London meetup. [DONE]
- Sucith, Keren and Jenny to look into establishing an Asia-Pacific monthly call. [DONE]
- Jenny to alert mailing list that only monthly call in US/EU timezone will be coord call, recommend Mozilla Science Lab call for general chat. [DONE]
- Keren to organise Advisory Board call in Dec/Jan [DONE] https://pad.okfn.org/p/board-meeting-2014
- Jenny to organise Dec coord call as Keren is busy with advisors. [DONE]
- Graham to look into local group support and Jenny/Graham to sprint on contacting existing local groups and following leads for new ones. [DONE]
Open Science Census
- Feedback from call on 16 Dec

- What will go in the census
- National level policy focused
- Indicators
- Maybe have a blog post first? Could give inspiration for other indicators
- Most nations don't have anything at national level beyond OA
- Some things probably out of scope e.g. open notebook science
