Ideas to improve the Open Data Day site better -

Add blog post about past Open Data Day events as examples for what one can do in Open Data Day
Add projects header to the "get started" page
Change the logo of Open Data Day. Currently is Open Data Day hackathon. We are much more than a hackathon. - there was a proposal by japan last year http://logo.odd.okfn.jp/
Resouces, check lists and guide lines for organizing an event / Hera (can help a little with this)
