the theme:
when scientists gain money for projects most of the funding contracts include the open access publication of all project outcomes. for reputation the scientists still feel the need to publish in scientific papers/magazines though.
i want to find out which different ideas or solutions exist in europe/world wide for national open access publishing plattforms (repositories)...
