- only 4 are in SKIP (Association of Czech Librarians and Information Professionals)
- how to make them participate
- how to persuade library community about importance of being NIP
ideas:
sponsor a librarian (established professionals sponsor a student, it can evolve into a mentor relationship)
focus on networking
grants and scholarships for npsigs
How to reform situation:
personal membership (nice idea - impossible)
personal involvements
vocational education
- through webinars
- social events
our own seminars for other librarians

Support for membership:
reduced membership fee (is not relevent in our case)
courses are open for everyone (it is a standard in Association of Czech University Libraries)
scholarship - special for NIP (very good point, I would appriciate it)
networking (perspective employees)
publishing of student articles
reduced fee
mentorship
