### Show and Tell
Das Sommerloch war gestern - welche interessanten Geschichten und projekte habt ihr gemacht, Code geschrieben? Einfach nur eine tolle Geschichte gesehen? Teilt eure Projekte und Geschichten mit uns und erzählt wie ihr sie angegangen seit bzw. warum sie euch am Herzen liegen.
Willst du was Herzeigen - trag dich hier ein:
- Mihi: Hacking the Bosnian elections
- fin: Karten sind blöd, oder: meine ersten 6 Monate beim Standard.
- Gerald: Ich war zwei Wochen in den USA (New York, Philly, Boston, Washington), um mir Geschäftsmodelle/innovative Produkte anzusehen. Darüber kann ich was erzählen. Und über NZZ.at
- Georg: Dossier wird künftig auf neue Einnahmequellen setzen, überhaupt wird im Herbst einiges anders - darüber würde ich ein bisschen etwas erzählen!

## Was ist Hacks/Hackers?
The worlds of hackers and journalists are coming together as reporting goes digital and Internet companies become media empires.
Journalists call themselves "hacks," someone who can churn out words in any situation. Hackers use the digital equivalent of duct tape to whip out code. Hacker-journalists try and bridge the two worlds.
This group is to bring all these people together -- those who are working to help people make sense of their world. It's for hackers exploring technologies to filter and visualize information, and for journalists who use technology to find and tell stories. In the age of information overload, all their work has become even more crucial.
