What should we ask local Open Knowledge groups, to find out
* whether personal data / privacy topics are on their agendas
[Consider asking about whether they have been on the national agenda / discussed in media & parliament as well as discussed by the local group]
* if so what sort of topics they are thinking of (opening up quantified self data, privacy with respect to government data collection, public records, privacy around personal data in scientific and medical research, ??)
* how are these topics coming up (citizen concerns, government asking for help, grant funded projects, advocacy discussions, issues with software development projects or data projects, ???)
[Consider asking if any media stories about privacy / personal data issues with data that has been made available]
* if so, what help might be useful (shared definitions, guidelines, contacts, ???)
What other groups might we want to get in touch with along these lines, who are easy(ish) to contact?
